I posted the last few lines on my blog almost two month ago and, since then, I cannot hide the fact I wasn’t willing to write something more after my World Series Of Poker. One small ITM out of more than ten tournaments it has been something pretty hard to swallow, even though concentration and motivation were at the top.

At the half of July I went back to Europe and posted just a small status on Facebook, which said: “a lot of disappointment for my WSOP, despite the fact I gave 100%, but that’s poker…”

I spent a bit of time with my family and then I headed back to Malta: sea, gym, friends and a lot of online poker too. These days, thanks to a quite good run, I’ve earned enough to pay myself the next EPT festival in Barcelona, one of the most relevant poker events in Europe according to the numbers reached in the past years.

I will be there from Friday on and I’ll play my usual schedule, plus some more interesting side events, if need be:

  • Estrellas Main Event (August 17-22, 2016) – €1,000 + €100
  • Estrellas High Roller (August 21-23, 2016) – €2,000 + €200
  • EPT Main Event (August 22-28, 2016) – €5,000 + €300el-port-olimpic-a-la-vila-olimpica_1
